Candidates should possess experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections, along with a high school diploma or equivalent (an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred). They must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle high call volumes, remain calm under pressure, and effectively negotiate and de-escalate client issues. Strong customer focus, adaptability, tech savviness with CRM systems, and proficiency in verbal and written communication skills are also required.
As a Client Retention Specialist, the primary responsibility is to educate clients about the Beyond Finance financial hardship debt program, empathize with their financial difficulties, and help them navigate the program. This includes assessing their financial situation, developing customized solutions to help them achieve their goals, and encouraging them to remain in the program. The role also involves utilizing the CRM system to maintain accurate records of client interactions, collaborating with clients to retain them, and achieving retention targets while providing a best-in-class customer service experience.
