The Role: VP of National Accounts

Arine is seeking to expand our sales organization with the addition of an experienced VP of National Accounts. Our platform combines bleeding-edge AI technology with unmatched clinical expertise to deliver better healthcare for all. The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated, self-driven, and talented individual with a passion for improving lives. This is an opportunity to join a small team of experts dedicated to making a huge impact with a best-in-class software solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on Arine’s platform and value proposition within the first 3 months.
  • Take ownership of a defined regional territory, managing the sales process from prospecting to final contracting.
  • Employ a consultative approach to convert customer vision into actionable account strategies, closing multi-year contracts for 5 new logos in the first 12 months.
  • Identify innovative ideas to solve issues and provide long-term value to clients.
  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with leadership at health plans.
  • Assess market opportunities to prioritize potential customers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years in sales leadership with a proven track record of execution, innovation, and passion for growth in the healthcare industry, preferably with health plans.
  • A record of success in exceeding quota within a hyper-growth technology organization.
  • Strong knowledge of health plans and risk-bearing provider industry segments.
