Requirements

  • 4+ years in a growth, RevOps, sales engineering, or GTM-focused technical role in B2B SaaS
  • A track record of conceiving and executing creative GTM strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Hands-on experience connecting and optimizing systems like HubSpot, Heap, or similar CRM/analytics platforms
  • Experience with or a desire to learn how to run pilots, proof-of-concepts, or technical evaluations with enterprise customers
  • Fluency with APIs, integrations, and automation workflows
  • Experience collaborating with and translating ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A bias toward action, experimentation, and delivering visible results quickly

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute creative GTM plays. Partner with GTM leadership to ideate, prototype, and operationalize growth motions for MLS and brokerage market deals
  • Create strategies and playbooks that scale. Build repeatable pilot frameworks that can be deployed across multiple markets
  • Build reliable, connected GTM systems. Ensure HubSpot, Heap, and connected systems are tightly integrated, reliable, and optimized for real-time insights by architecting lightweight automations, data flows, and enrichment processes
  • Flex as a pre-sales solutions engineer. Lead technical discovery and data ingestion for MLS and brokerage pilots, using live prospect data and accelerate sales cycles
  • Augment and scale our data infrastructure. Configure integrations, dashboards, and demo environments with the Data Engineering team
