Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in a Go-To-Market (GTM), Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Revenue Operations role with a technical focus.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM tools like Clay, Salesforce, Zapier, Outreach, Hightouch, or similar.
  • Strong technical skills and proven ability to use AI and automation to streamline GTM processes and drive measurable results.
  • Systems thinker with a structured, process-driven mindset and a love for experimentation.

  • Run data-driven GTM experiments – Identify and test new strategies for customer acquisition, activation, and pipeline growth through rigorous experimentation and iteration.
  • Own GTM analytics for the systems you build—track performance, run cohort analyses, and iterate based on impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to identify inefficiencies, run experiments, and scale what works.
