Requirements

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM), Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations roles with a technical focus, along with hands-on experience utilizing GTM tools such as Clay, Salesforce, Zapier, Outreach, and Hightouch. Strong technical skills and the ability to leverage AI and automation to streamline GTM processes are essential, as is a systems-thinking mindset and a passion for experimentation. Experience supporting product-led growth (PLG) motions in a high-growth SaaS company is a bonus.

Responsibilities

The Go-To-Market Engineer will systematize and automate GTM workflows by building scalable, AI-powered processes to streamline outreach, routing, and enrichment across the entire funnel. They will leverage tools like Clay, Zapier, and AI automation platforms to connect data, personalize outreach at scale, and eliminate manual work. This role involves running data-driven GTM experiments to identify new strategies for customer acquisition, activation, and pipeline growth, as well as owning GTM analytics for the systems built, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify inefficiencies, run experiments, and scale successful strategies, and autonomously working in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
