Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, operations, or high-growth startup environments, with demonstrated success in client-facing roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in engaging, influencing, and managing senior stakeholders within leading technology organizations
  • BA, BS, or equivalent experience

  • Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you go from generating the idea to making it happen in hours

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing channels to bring in human experts across diverse disciplines
  • Ensure a strong end-to-end talent experience by working on product management, communications, etc
  • Coordinate with vendors and strategic partners
  • Manage respective channel owners and ensure they are always unblocked
  • Analyze data to assess impact of solutions and improve operational efficiency
  • Oversee and align a distributed workforce of 100+ contributors towards project goals
  • Lead onboarding, training, and performance management of human data talent to maintain project quality
