Requirements

2–5 years of experience in consulting, operations, or high-growth startup environments, with demonstrated success in client-facing roles
Demonstrated expertise in engaging, influencing, and managing senior stakeholders within leading technology organizations
BA, BS, or equivalent experience
Obsessed with getting things done. Embodies an ownership mentality. You very may well have been or want to be a founder
Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you go from generating the idea to making it happen in hours
Experience leading and coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery of key objectives
Skilled in managing multiple work streams simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of detail and quality in client deliverables
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Manage marketing channels to bring in human experts across diverse disciplines
Ensure a strong end-to-end talent experience by working on product management, communications, etc
Coordinate with vendors and strategic partners
Manage respective channel owners and ensure they are always unblocked
Analyze data to assess impact of solutions and improve operational efficiency
Oversee and align a distributed workforce of 100+ contributors towards project goals
Lead onboarding, training, and performance management of human data talent to maintain project quality
