Requirements

Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in a commercially-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer or Technical Customer Success Manager, with a proven track record of revenue impact. Strong technical understanding of Mux products, the ability to solve customer problems at a technical level, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience in a multi-threaded environment managing numerous parallel conversations and an entrepreneurial, outcomes-driven mindset are also required.

Responsibilities

The GTM Engineer will drive revenue growth in the self-serve customer segment by onboarding new customers and identifying/nurturing high-potential accounts for scale. Responsibilities include increasing annual recurring revenue (ARR) across a global portfolio of scaling Mux customers, handling a high volume of conversations simultaneously, and proactively uncovering expansion opportunities. The role involves partnering with the RevOps team to automate and accelerate GTM execution and identifying usage patterns across all use cases.
