Experience designing APIs, building webhooks, authoring cloud functions, and querying data in SQL is necessary, with Python or TypeScript being a plus. A proven track record of integrating workflows across GTM systems, familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Marketo, Braze, and Gong, and strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills are essential. Candidates should possess a self-starting, data-driven mindset with a commercial bias and a hacker mentality, and be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

The Senior GTM Engineer will brainstorm and build AI-powered automations for lead routing, dynamic campaigns, content generation, and feedback pipelines. They will partner with Growth Marketing to design and execute experiments across various workflows using growth tooling platforms. Responsibilities include architecting, building, and maintaining custom API integrations to connect AI services, data sources, and the GTM stack. The role involves building custom LLM/GPT applications for insights and workflow streamlining, collaborating with GTM teams to translate pain points into technical solutions, and documenting work through runbooks and guides. Analyzing AI experiment results and iterating quickly to improve impact is also a key duty.
