Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role. Bonus: experience as a GTM Engineer
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Account Executives and/or Account Management teams
  • Strong background in outbound campaign design, reporting, and process adherence
  • Experience working in fast-paced, product-led, high-growth SaaS companies
  • Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and operational problem solving
  • Experience with AI-focused sales outreach tools like Apollo.io, Clay, Regie.ai, or Seamless.ai

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch new outbound campaigns using Apollo tools
  • Implement and test Apollo’s AI features into campaigns
  • Maintain campaign documentation, roadmaps, and calendars
  • Set goals, drive acceleration where exceeding, and troubleshoot where falling behind
  • Inspect and ensure accountability to playbooks and activity adherence
  • Manage data accuracy through reviews and audits
  • Liaise with Sales leaders to build outbound strategies and campaigns
  • Provide data support for whitespacing, champion mapping, leadership outreach, and account penetration
  • Ensure alignment on execution and adherence to account planning workflows
  • Configure new users with appropriate domains and manage requests for large-scale outbound campaigns
  • Collaborate with Corporate Engineering, external deliverability consultants, and Marketing (DG) to ensure best practices and knowledge sharing
