Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced high-growth environment with technology companies, SaaS, or enterprise software
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales and demand gen
  • Experience mapping end-to-end GTM processes (lead generation → sales handoff → onboarding → expansion)
  • Experience building scalable workflows, integrations, and automations
  • Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), MAP (marketing automation platform e.g. Marketo), data warehouse/analytics, enrichment, outreach tools, workflow engines, attribution/measurement
  • Experience designing and implementing data pipelines, lead-routing logic, scoring/qualification models and attribution tracking
  • Experience automating repetitive manual tasks in marketing, sales, and customer success operations
  • Ability to translate business goals into technical solution design and execution
  • Ability to monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot GTM process breakdowns
  • Ability to develop and maintain documentation of systems, data flows, and process diagrams
  • Passion for teamwork and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and operate systems, workflows, and automation that power go-to-market motions (inbound, outbound, account-based, and multi-location enterprise brand programs)
  • Bridge the gap between marketing/program strategy and technical implementation
  • Ensure seamless operations across marketing execution, lead capture, and lead delivery to sales
  • Manage the marketing technology stack
  • Manage insights-driven management systems to improve demand and lead generation performance
  • Own/supervise the GTM tech stack
  • Partner with demand generation, customer marketing, product marketing, customer success, RevOps to translate business goals into technical solution design and execution
  • Stay current with automation and integration technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to SOCi’s go-to-market engine
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure data integrity
