Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in partner or channel enablement, preferably within a high-growth startup environment. Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs, both in-person and virtually for external communities, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, are required. Expertise in using partner enablement technologies such as PRMs (Impartner), LMS (Workramp, Docebo), Content Management Systems (Seismic, Highspot), and Knowledge Management Systems (Guru) is necessary. The role also requires the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in multiple geographies, build strong relationships at all levels of the organization, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and educate diverse audiences.
The Partner Enablement Manager will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive enablement programs, including creating materials, training sessions, webinars, and workshops tailored to partner needs. They will facilitate the onboarding and ongoing training of new partners, ensuring they have the necessary skills, tools, and information to succeed. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to develop and update sales collateral, product guides, and playbooks for partner use. Additionally, the manager will serve as the point of contact for enabling internal GTM teams on channel selling strategies and support the enablement of Channel Managers. Key responsibilities also include establishing KPIs to monitor program effectiveness, using data-driven insights to refine strategies, and creating rewards and incentives for partners. Ensuring seamless communication between Vanta and its partners, coordinating with internal teams for updated information, and educating partners on product updates, promotions, and strategic initiatives are crucial aspects of the role.
