Requirements

Strategic project leader comfortable operating at the executive level and diving into delivery details
Ability to partner closely with GTM leaders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations) and IT systems teams
Experience leading complex, high-impact initiatives across GTM ecosystems and systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, Outreach, and other revenue-enabling platforms
Skills in establishing and managing program governance with alignment between IT, RevOps, Finance, and GTM stakeholders
Capability to develop executive-level PMO materials (program charters, roadmaps, KPI dashboards, steering committee updates)
Expertise in translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans, success metrics, and measurable outcomes
Proficiency in identifying and managing dependencies across multiple workstreams, anticipating risks, and proactively removing blockers
Strong facilitation of stakeholder communication at all levels for transparency and engagement
Experience driving process improvements within IT PMO and GTM systems delivery lifecycles
Ability to support portfolio management, prioritization, balancing strategic impact, resource capacity, and delivery velocity
Mentoring skills for junior PMs and program contributors in project execution, governance, and stakeholder management

Responsibilities
