Responsibilities

  • Create and execute on a powerful training curriculum that ranges from onboarding programs to continuous education and topic-based instruction
  • Create and maintain the content our GTM teams will use to support the entire life cycle of our customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other leaders to ensure that training evolves at the same speed as our technology and business
  • Identify, develop, measure and meet KPIs for success
  • Create organization and structure in a fast paced environment
