  • Strong, demonstrable project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes under tight deadlines

  • SaaS Onboarding Experience: Previous experience in a Product Enablement, Customer Success, or Sales Engineering role focused on customer onboarding and driving adoption in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: An obsession with detail and the ability to monitor, track, and manage multiple parallel competitive trials simultaneously without error
  • Data Fluency: Basic experience with data tracking and analytics, and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting and process quality

Responsibilities

  • Own Trial Readiness & Configuration: Create and configure firm environments pre-trial, including setting feature flags, user setup, and sandbox cases, and partnering with Product Ops to QA all setups before kickoff
  • Lead Product Training & Enablement: Lead Day-1 kickoff and product walkthroughs for firm users (attorneys, paralegals, ops leads), translating complex AI features into practical, day-to-day use cases
  • Drive Advanced Adoption: Deliver a mandatory Day-7 “Advanced Training” session and actively reinforce engagement with best-practice examples and targeted coaching on key features like AI Drafts and Case Companion
  • Monitor & Coach Engagement: Track usage data daily to proactively identify engagement risks and inactive users, then re-engage firms through targeted email nudges, content, or 1:1 check-ins
  • Manage Continuous Improvement: Log qualitative firm feedback, friction points, and feature requests, and contribute to the "Bakeoff Learnings Digest" with at least one process or training improvement monthly
  • Ensure Operational Discipline: Adhere strictly to the 14-day trial cadence (Day 1 → Day 7 → Day 14), updating dashboards, preparing review decks, and owning the internal readiness checklist for every trial
