Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline growth, optimise digital performance, and build a data-driven growth engine, including the ABM programme
  • Collaborate with Head of Marketing - Europe, European marketing team, and sales teams for Netherlands & Belgium-Luxembourg to co-develop and fully own end-to-end execution of digital growth strategy
  • Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeted at specific accounts within ICP, in close collaboration with local sales teams
  • Build intelligent email marketing flows and marketing automation for customer communication and new business
  • Optimise content for SEO and AI platforms (AIO)
  • Develop branding and content marketing, including thought leadership and conversion-oriented content for all funnel stages and customer retention
  • Oversee and continuously improve the full-funnel customer journey from first contact to sales-qualified lead
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand target markets, opportunities, risks, and align with local marketing strategy
  • Manage marketing budget for BeNeLux, focusing on PPC, paid social, and events to ensure positive ROI
  • Support product launches, analyse campaign effectiveness, and report outcomes to stakeholders
  • Take full responsibility for all marketing activities in the BeNeLux region
