Candidates should have experience in managing strategic customer relationships, preferably in the financial technology sector. Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities are essential, along with a desire to become an expert in the Financial Technology space. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Executive, Solutions Engineering, Sales, Compliance, and Product is required.
The Growth team member will build and oversee all aspects of customer management, acting as a trusted partner and advisor. They will design and implement strategies, processes, and content to scale customer management. Additionally, they will ensure smooth onboarding for customers, anticipate and address growth opportunities, and represent the voice of the customer to inform Column's strategy.
API for managing financial transactions

The API allows companies to integrate these financial services directly into their systems, making transaction processing more efficient.
