  • Create a clear growth trajectory within the team and develop supervisors to fulfill duties in absence
  • Regularly audit and update guest-facing communications to ensure clarity, helpfulness, and brand alignment
  • Advocate for changes to the guest experience to create a more seamless journey
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new openings and ensure guest touchpoints feel like Placemakr
  • Create and manage dashboards to track guest satisfaction, contact trends, and team performance
  • Use data to create resources, drive accountability, and suggest improvements across the business
  • Evolve the CX playbook and partner with cross-functional teams to support its implementation
