Requirements

The Gerente de Distrito is responsible for promoting and/or selling Abbott's products through multiple or unspecified channels within a designated territory by contacting specialists, physicians, pharmacies, and/or distributors. They must enable an ethical sales force to meet regional and team KPIs, analyze market opportunities, and develop a strategy for omnichannel market participation to establish Abbott as the preferred brand in the region. Additionally, they are expected to develop and support the execution of account plans using an integrated omnichannel customer engagement strategy, implement marketing programs to target customers and accounts through medical representatives, and build and maintain relationships with customers and accounts through digital, remote/virtual, and face-to-face channels.

Responsibilities

As a District Manager, the role involves supporting medical representatives in the field through problem-solving, training, and feedback, developing and expanding the KOL network in the territory, collaborating with Training/SFE to optimize team performance, and providing continuous support to medical representatives regarding the product brand's knowledge and loyalty. The position also requires identifying knowledge and skill gaps among medical representatives and creating individual development plans to elevate capabilities across the territory, and accelerating the development of digital knowledge and application in medical representatives through tutoring, training, and modeling.
