Requirements
Candidates must be a licensed therapist in New Mexico, reside in the US, and be available to offer a minimum of 5 sessions per week with the flexibility to increase as needed. They should also demonstrate clinical competence and be comfortable providing tele-therapy via a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform. Maintaining an updated availability calendar and responding to clinical leadership communications within 24 hours are also required.
Responsibilities
The Remote Licensed Therapist will provide high-quality, innovative tele-therapy to Headspace patients, complete and submit clinical case notes within 48 hours of each session, maintain a personalized database of licensure information, and communicate regularly with clinical leadership. They will also work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team, including health coaches, other therapists, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
