Responsibilities

  • Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard: coach sales team, adjust shop floor structure, own segment results, and celebrate achievements
  • Deliver world-class customer experience: lead by example with product demonstrations, observe consultations, collaborate to exceed sales goals
  • Build the brand: educate customers on Lush values, engage community via store parties and traffic-driving initiatives
  • Demonstrate product passion: continuously learn and make informed product recommendations
  • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance and sales
  • Promote DEIB: encourage open communication, listen to perspectives, foster belonging through teamwork and recognition
  • Manage cash handling: process transactions, open/close register, reconcile drawers, prepare deposits, secure store, and take deposits to bank as required
  • Oversee time and attendance: lead by example in punctuality, monitor breaks, review communications and task lists for team preparedness
  • Maintain visuals and merchandising: keep store clean, organized, and visually appealing
