Requirements

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience in training, operations, or leadership roles within the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry. Strong facilitation, presentation, interpersonal, communication, organizational, planning, time management, and project management skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) are preferred. The ideal candidate will live in Atlanta, GA, and be able to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

The Field Training Manager will drive operational excellence by equipping franchisees and their leadership with training systems, brand standards, and best practices. Responsibilities include planning and implementing brand training initiatives, developing strategic partnerships with field leadership, supporting franchise business reviews, delivering leadership development training virtually and in-person, and partnering with franchisees to foster a culture of learning. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams for training initiatives, supporting new restaurant openings and onboarding, and completing administrative functions. Other duties may include new restaurant training, testing, video/photo shoots, and acting as a subject matter expert.
