Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in business process improvement, operations, or transformation roles is required, along with at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership capacity. Strong proficiency in process mapping tools like Visio or Lucidchart, excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills are essential. Experience in IT audit, compliance, technology, data certification, and familiarity with various technologies including networks, platforms, and applications are necessary. A demonstrated understanding of business processes, financial reporting, and IT audit and control frameworks such as SOX, COSO, COBIT, NIST, and OWASP is also required.
The Process Excellence Manager - Technology will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing cross-functional processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and digital solutions, including AI. They will drive automation, digitization, and workflow orchestration to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. This role involves partnering with department heads to identify pain points and opportunities for process transformation, championing a culture of continuous improvement, and monitoring industry trends for innovation. Responsibilities also include performing quality testing on key operational and enterprise data, certifying data for dashboards and reports, managing SOX testing and control evaluations, reviewing control design and effectiveness, and leading remediation efforts. Additionally, the manager will promote data governance policies and partner with data stewards to improve governance maturity.
