Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of franchise sales or business development experience, with recent experience as a full-time franchise developer and a proven track record of selling multi-unit franchises. A clear understanding of global markets and industry trends, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience in a full-cycle sales role are essential. Franchise industry experience, particularly in the service sector, is required, along with a history of consistent employment and excellent organizational skills for managing shifting workloads. The ability to develop relationships and ensure mutual fit with franchisees is also crucial.

Responsibilities

The Franchise Account Executive will oversee and nurture relationships with North American franchise partners, reporting to the Director of Global Franchise Operations. Responsibilities include enhancing franchise strategy through direct attainment of growth for North American franchisors, managing the franchise sales function, and selling multi-unit franchises to meet development plans. This role involves completing sales and legal documentation, performing due diligence and market research, developing inbound and outbound sales activity from inception to execution, and maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's concept and product development. The executive will also attend franchise and real estate events, conduct store visits as needed, track leads using CRM platforms, report on progress to stakeholders, and collaborate with the marketing team on brand collateral.
