Responsibilities

The Multi Location Group Trainer will lead impactful, in-person training sessions to accelerate early clinical success with Dandy’s digital dentistry solutions, focusing on intraoral scanning and digital workflows. This role involves serving as a trusted clinical advisor to clinicians and leaders, coaching teams based on live observation, and driving early case submission by removing blockers and building confidence. Responsibilities also include reinforcing scanning habits, monitoring outcomes, sharing field insights to improve onboarding and future trainings, assessing practice readiness, coordinating with internal teams, and customizing training strategies based on practice needs.
