Responsibilities

The Manager, Training will design and deliver comprehensive training programs for field teams, including Account Management, Payer Account Directors, Market Development, and Medical Science Liaisons, focusing on disease state, product knowledge, customer engagement, and systems usage. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding and certification processes, coordinating national and regional meetings such as POAs and NSMs, and supporting operational readiness by coordinating the delivery of training on digital tools like Orcalink and CRM. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to ensure message alignment and continuous improvement of training programs based on field feedback.
