Requirements

  • Engineering background (Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical preferred; Biomedical, Telecommunications accepted)
  • Fluency in both spoken and written (technical and medical) English
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer skills / literacy
  • Preferred: Basic IP Networking knowledge
  • Preferred: Arabic language
  • Willingness to travel 90%

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot company products and provide technical support to internal and external customers
  • Undertake servicing, repairing, and preventive maintenance of company products to required standards, ensuring all related procedures are followed
  • Undertake testing of company products and provide fully completed test and service reports
  • Perform installation, setup, and upgrades on company products as required
  • Fulfill Service Contracts with planned Preventive Maintenance visits
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all tickets / work orders
  • Work with appropriate support functions and customers to schedule customer visits
  • Escalate opportunities and issues through appropriate channels
  • Stay up to date on compliance and legal aspects related to the job on an ongoing basis
