Engineering background (Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical preferred; Biomedical, Telecommunications accepted)
Fluency in both spoken and written (technical and medical) English
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Strong technical and analytical skills

Preferred: Basic IP Networking knowledge

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot company products and provide technical support to internal and external customers
Undertake servicing, repairing, and preventive maintenance of company products to required standards, ensuring all related procedures are followed
Undertake testing of company products and provide fully completed test and service reports
Perform installation, setup, and upgrades on company products as required
Fulfill Service Contracts with planned Preventive Maintenance visits
Ensure timely follow-up on all tickets / work orders
Work with appropriate support functions and customers to schedule customer visits
Escalate opportunities and issues through appropriate channels
Stay up to date on compliance and legal aspects related to the job on an ongoing basis
