Requirements

  • Completed education and/or studies in electrical engineering, medical technology, information technology or mechatronics or comparable
  • Good technical and analytical skills
  • Result-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent work ethic and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Very good German and at least good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Planned maintenance and repair of medical devices according to technical documentation and/or modification instructions
  • Independent diagnosis and solution of technical problems at the customer site, as well as problem-solving via remote diagnosis as a Regional Online Engineer
  • Timely completion of all administrative tasks (especially daily service reports, weekly worksheets, maintenance protocols and other required documents)
  • Regular participation in training for technical innovations, including abroad
  • Maintenance of tools/instruments and testing equipment and ensuring that they are calibrated
