  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis to identify best practices improving customer, cost, and delivery partner outcomes
  • Ability to develop processes and systems to achieve metrics, including scrappy solutions to overcome technical limitations and scale them
  • Skills to translate business requirements into improved processes and automated/simple solutions for Field Selling Organization
  • Experience configuring and executing new Sales Offices, establishing/optimizing routing and network operations
  • Knowledge to develop and maintain routing configuration standards network-wide
  • Ability to ensure new business and technology integrations align with network standards
  • Full understanding of workflow and daily metrics goals
  • Capacity to track realized savings/impacts and communicate with FSO, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership
  • Willingness to be based in a Field Sales Network office in the continental USA (West Region focus)
