  • Establish and manage 3PL relationships
  • Implement key technologies for sophisticated JNJ asset monitoring and performance
  • Lead the Field Sales Network West Region, overseeing Sales Offices within this geography
  • Drive strategic initiatives throughout the region and implement accountability measures
  • Develop processes and systems to achieve metrics, often requiring scrappy solutions
  • Translate business requirements to drive improvement of processes
  • Configure and Execute New Sales Offices across the US to establish and optimize routing and network operations
  • Develop and maintain routing configuration standards network-wide
  • Maintain a full understanding of workflow and daily metrics goals
  • Track realized savings and impacts, and communicate results with FSO, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership
  • Develop a strategy for Last Mile Activities and implement with consistency across the organization
