Familiarity with key commercial and business zones in Bogota or nationally is essential, along with proven experience in B2B and B2C sales and a track record of successful customer acquisition. Excellent communication skills for building relationships, cold calling, and developing pitches are required, as is the ability to manage and follow up with potential clients. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
The Field Sales Representative will grow the business by acquiring new SMB merchant partners for Addi, working in the field to identify and secure merchants who accept Addi as a payment method. This includes conducting field sweeps, analyzing commercial areas for opportunities, executing strategies to maximize Addi's presence, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with store owners, conducting cold calls and visits, participating in events, and continuously following up with potential and allied merchants, while also preparing progress and results reports for senior management.
