As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Toma, you will proactively source and qualify dealership leads through outbound outreach, book a high volume of qualified demos for your assigned Regional Sales Manager, conduct brief initial discovery and scheduling calls, collaborate with your Sales Manager on scheduling needs and prioritization, maintain organized records in Hubspot CRM, track activity metrics, optimize your outreach strategy, and provide real-time feedback to marketing and product based on market conversations.
