Requirements

Candidates must possess an active Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date, along with experience utilizing technology, including laptops and mobile phone applications, and an understanding of CRM tools. They should have experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook, and a clear and valid state driver’s license with proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting minimum limits. A download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended for internet connectivity.

Responsibilities

The Medicare Sales Field Agent will build community relationships, drive self-generated sales, and meet sales goals and metrics while working independently, interacting with Humana’s customers, external business partners, and the community through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interactions. This includes grass roots marketing, field sales community events, and visiting prospects in their homes, selling individual health plan products and educating beneficiaries on Humana’s services, which may include Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and more.
