The ability to build relationships, manage influence through persuasion, and work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is also required.
The Territory Manager will be responsible for owning existing branch relationships and enabling their sales representatives to identify new opportunities within their allocated territory. This role involves driving partner growth through engagement and enablement programs, serving as the primary point of contact for partners, and providing effective product training and onboarding. Key duties include planning and forecasting to meet departmental objectives, organizing community events, delivering product updates, traveling regularly to partner sites, and managing partner-related updates in PRM & CRM systems. The Territory Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to define priorities and resolve partner-related issues.
