Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in startups or tech companies, knowledge about KPIs and goal oriented
  • Familiarity with key commercial and business zones in Bogota or around the country
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales, with a proven track record of successful customer acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships
  • Ability to make cold contacts and generate new business opportunities, pitch development
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and follow up with potential clients and partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred, but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct field sweeps to identify, contact and sign potential merchant partners per city
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers
  • Analyze and understand key commercial zones to identify business opportunities
  • Execute strategies to maximize Addi's presence in these areas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing TyC
  • Adapt sales strategies according to the type of merchant and customer
  • Build and maintain a robust network of contacts in the commercial sector
  • Conduct cold calls/visits and participate in relevant events to expand the field expansion
  • Continuously follow up with prospective and allied merchants
  • Prepare progress and results reports for senior management
