Requirements

  • Graduation in Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. MBA is a plus
  • Experience in service sales in the healthcare area, preferably in medical technology or hospital equipment
  • Track record of success in consultative sales and B2B account management
  • Knowledge of the regional healthcare market, including regulations and specific needs of the served states
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Portuguese
  • Intermediate English is desirable
  • Ability to build strong relationships with different levels within client organizations

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional business strategies for service contracts and solutions, aligned with GE HealthCare objectives
  • Manage the full service sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract closure
  • Conduct frequent customer visits (minimum 70% of time in the field), strengthening relationships and identifying growth opportunities
  • Act as a strategic partner to customers, understanding their operations, challenges, and goals to offer customized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, delivery, marketing, clinical applications) to ensure integrated and effective proposals
  • Monitor regional market trends, competition, and local regulations to adjust business strategies
  • Develop commercial proposals and presentations that highlight the value of GE HealthCare service solutions
  • Negotiate service contracts with a focus on sustainable results and customer satisfaction
  • Manage the regional sales pipeline, perform forecasts, and report performance regularly
  • Participate in local industry events and meetings with stakeholders to expand GE HealthCare's presence in the region
  • Apply analytical knowledge to develop business strategies adapted to regional specifics
  • Mobilize internal teams through influence, promoting collaboration to overcome challenges and meet customer demands
