Requirements

Ability to develop/gain installation and training expertise of AVRS' EVR products, superior knowledge about assigned jurisdiction DMV operations, and a high level of dealership process knowledge
PC hardware and software proficiency, including Microsoft Office proficiency, Windows operating systems, and light networking
Ability to apply technical knowledge to problem-solving
Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills, as well as effective listening skills
Ability to demonstrate salesmanship and influence/ overcome objections while increasing client confidence
Outgoing and approachable personality
Well-organized, with ability to maintain all AVRS/CDK accounts and internet logins daily
Ability to work with little supervision, prioritize, and manage time
Clean DMV record, valid driver's license, and ability to sit and drive for long periods of time
Ability to lift and move computer equipment and/or boxes of license plates (~30 lbs each)
Ideal residence in the San Joaquin Valley area (Northern California Territory)

Responsibilities

Coordinate and install Automated Vehicle Registration System (AVRS) products into new and existing clients
Demonstrate and apply knowledge of coordinating successful pre-install meetings, scheduling and conducting installs independently and in a timely manner with complete client satisfaction
Clearly and tactfully articulate AVRS value and opportunities for existing and potential customers
Integrate work and communications with AVRS Territory Managers to seize opportunities and enhance AVRS revenue
Provide initial user training and retraining as requested by clients
Answer in-depth questions with little assistance on AVRS products, integration products, and State BMV/DMV/SOS processing in relevant jurisdictions, making recommendations where appropriate
Interface directly with State BMV/DMV/SOS
Provide ongoing customer support by visiting clients regularly (as defined by management)
Analyze client volume, seek untapped AVRS revenue opportunities, present AVRS value to key stakeholders, and overcome objections to increase EVR volume
Learn industry-leading tech and demonstrate its value to customers' businesses
