The role involves building trusted relationships with at least 90% of assigned SMB merchants within the first 6 months, onboarding and activating 100% of newly transitioned SMB merchants within 30 days, increasing monthly transaction volume or GMV within 12 months through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and reducing churn in the assigned SMB portfolio.
