Requirements

Responsibilities

The Industry Customer Success Manager will proactively reach out to clients and decision-makers to establish strategic partnerships, deliver value that delights users to drive engagement and revenue growth, provide personalized training and support through webinars and product expertise, act as an interdepartmental liaison to fulfill customer needs and contribute to product development, and cultivate customer advocates and create BioRender Champions by engaging with customers for speaking opportunities and marketing activities.
