  • Conduct targeted discovery into clients' unique research workflows and pain points
  • Build and curate Financial Services use cases to help clients effectively leverage AlphaSense
  • Forge and maintain strong client relationships with investment professionals and prospects
  • Engage directly with financial institutions to understand their most pressing challenges
  • Establish yourself as a credible domain and product expert
  • Translate client feedback and proactively share product and content improvements
  • Contribute to product development and content improvement
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Content teams to determine future product developments
  • Participate in the customer feedback loop to drive continuous improvement
