Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM Teams (e.g., Account Executives) to take ownership of and run seamless product evaluations to drive new business revenue growth
  • Conduct targeted discovery into clients' unique research workflows and pain points to help them leverage AlphaSense for bespoke use cases; seek out and develop new and emerging use cases as capabilities evolve
  • Engage directly with investment professionals of all levels/seniority at financial institutions (e.g., Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, Hedge Funds) to understand challenges, build strong rapport, and establish credibility as a domain and product expert from evaluation inception through to close
  • Translate client feedback and proactively share product & content improvements/enhancement requests internally to contribute to product development
