Preferred qualifications include over 12 years of sales experience with engineering firms and industrial automation, in-depth knowledge of industry standards, 8+ years of experience in market development and program execution, and experience forging C-level relationships.

Responsibilities

The EPC Business Development Leader will develop and execute Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) strategy, focusing on partnership development and growth acceleration. This role involves building and implementing plans to influence specification positions, developing a revenue stream, and creating and executing the EPC business plan. The leader will also develop C-level relationships with targeted EPC firms, define the Partner Ecosystem for EPCs, lead overall partnership and performance, manage complexity, and collaborate with industry teams. Responsibilities include translating customer industrial business drivers into automation solutions, leading business development with technical acumen, responding to RFQs, analyzing market conditions, developing annual business plans, implementing strategies to attack competition, managing partner relationships, articulating Rockwell Automation's value proposition, and administering marketing programs.
