The Managing Director-Business Development Captive Insurance will develop and manage business development channels through brokers, business associations, and strategic partners to identify and engage potential clients seeking alternative risk solutions. They will design and implement strategic initiatives to achieve aggressive growth targets, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, identify and qualify leads, collaborate with internal teams, partner with other business development team members, represent the company at industry events, and prepare and present proposals to prospective clients.
