They should be a passionate and self-driven sales professional with a proven track record of success in field sales, ideally within the convenience retail space. Comfort with 75% travel across the Western Business Unit is required, along with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills.
The Market Development Manager will identify and develop high-potential new markets across the U.S., partnering with the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Commercial Programs to secure new retail partnerships, particularly within the independent and small-chain convenience store channel. They will serve as the frontline brand ambassador in new markets, opening accounts with excellence, working cross-functionally to ensure a smooth handoff of newly opened accounts, and tracking/reporting on sales performance, market feedback, and competitive insights from the field.
