Responsibilities

The Senior Business Development Representative will utilize cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business leads in target markets. This role involves owning early-stage conversations with key prospects to qualify opportunities for the sales team. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of interested prospects with timely follow-up, sharing market feedback with sales and marketing to improve messaging and targeting, and helping to refine the lead generation playbook with new ideas. Additionally, the Senior BDR will mentor newer BDRs by sharing best practices and outreach strategies.
