Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess 8+ years of experience in enterprise partnerships, business development, and partner integration development, exhibiting strategic thinking and execution abilities to translate partnership visions into actionable plans. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required, alongside a data-driven approach to partnership management, including experience in performance measurement and ROI analysis, and project management expertise. Furthermore, experience working with AI ecosystem partners is preferred, along with deep curiosity and creative problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

This Sr. Manager of Ecosystem Partnerships will develop and execute a comprehensive ecosystem partnership strategy aligned with Twelve Labs’ video-first AI platform and business objectives, identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic partnerships with technology platforms, system integrators, cloud providers, and developer tools. They will design and build impactful integrations with partners utilizing Twelve Labs APIs, design and own the partner marketing strategy for each ecosystem partner, collaborating with the Product Marketing team, and lead partnership negotiations to generate top-of-funnel leads and drive revenue.
