Candidates should possess a proven track record of success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to exceed revenue goals and manage a sales region effectively. They should have experience selling to both end-users and channel partners, leveraging multiple routes to market, and developing business plans aligned with specific geographic and business needs. A strong understanding of the sales cycle, including qualifying leads, presentations, and negotiations, is essential, as is the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level decision-makers and key buyers.
The Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue quota goals, addressing customer and partner inquiries with tailored solutions, developing and executing marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team, following up on leads and updating internal systems, marshaling technical resources for product demonstrations, providing consistent account coverage with post-sale account managers, understanding and responding to RFPs, and maintaining a deep understanding of the territory, including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors. They will also coordinate sales support activities, demonstrate SailPoint’s advantages, ensure customer and partner satisfaction, and uphold the company’s core values.
