Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or technical degree being a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS account management or customer growth roles is required, along with a proven track record of managing a large book of business (over $10M ARR) and exceeding growth and retention targets. Experience managing both direct and partner-led enterprise accounts is essential, as is a strong command of value-based and solution selling methodologies. Candidates should demonstrate executive presence, the ability to influence C-level stakeholders, and high proficiency in CRM and forecasting tools like Salesforce and Clari. Strong organizational skills and a strategic mindset for multi-threaded customer engagement are also necessary. Willingness to travel across North America for onsite executive meetings, strategic workshops, and customer events is required.
The Enterprise Account Manager will serve as the executive relationship owner and strategic advisor for a portfolio of high-value direct and partner-led accounts in North America, managing over $10M ARR. They will build executive-level relationships, lead QBRs, renewal negotiations, and multi-year account planning. Responsibilities include identifying whitespace and expansion opportunities, executing growth strategies, and driving consistent execution against KPIs for Net ARR growth, renewal rates, expansion revenue, and product adoption. The role involves accurately forecasting pipeline, owning commercial negotiations, and developing territory/account plans aligned with customer business goals. Collaboration with Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineering, Product, and Support teams is key to ensuring strong adoption and solution value realization for complex customers. Additionally, the Account Manager will partner with Marketing and Partner teams to build co-selling motions and targeted campaigns.
