Demonstrated leadership skills in building and motivating sales teams, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and experience managing long sales cycles are required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is also necessary. Bonus qualifications include Google certifications or a deep understanding of the Google ecosystem and familiarity with contact center operations.
The Senior Business Development Executive will lead and scale the Google CES sales practice, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. This role involves driving sales opportunities in collaboration with Google CES account teams and partners, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and presenting the value of Google CES to prospects and partners. Cultivating relationships with Google and other ecosystem partners for joint success and staying informed on industry trends are key responsibilities. The executive will also partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
