Responsibilities

  • Work with technology and business leadership teams to develop vision and strategy aligned to lead technology strategy and execution for the HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Risk IT portfolio including 75+ applications and core platforms
  • Oversee the enterprise-level strategic investment and modernization roadmap for HR technology portfolio with a focus on associate experience
  • Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders across IT and enterprises
  • Enable journey-based interactions for candidates, contractors, associates, alumni, visitors, and other stakeholders
  • Partner closely with product owners and product managers, strategy teams, enterprise security team, portfolio leadership, and supporting IT development partners for building the strategy and executing on the roadmap
  • Manage large delivery teams and create a culture of high performance and engagement through goal setting, talent development, coaching, and feedback
  • Evaluate new technology, software, and processes continuously, recommend changes as appropriate, and advance capabilities of the organization
  • Assess and communicate risks associated with IT investments
