Oversee the enterprise-level strategic investment and modernization roadmap for HR technology portfolio
Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders across IT and enterprises
Enable journey-based interactions for various stakeholders
Partner with product owners, product managers, strategy teams, enterprise security team, and portfolio leadership
Manage large delivery teams and create a culture of high performance and engagement
Evaluate new technology, software, and processes
Assess and communicate risks associated with IT investment
