Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales, a demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer), and an energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player. Adaptability and experience in high-velocity technology companies are required, along with familiarity with open source technology and experience using Salesforce. Excellent communication skills in all channels, including forming strong working relationships both in person and virtually, are also necessary, and experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business across the ANZ region, identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with existing customers, managing forecasts and tracking customer data. They will articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, work with customers during the trial phase, and hand off a strong relationship to the Customer Success team. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities within existing customers, meeting and exceeding sales goals, managing the entire sales process (prospecting, meetings, demos, proposals, negotiations, and account management), cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, becoming an expert in Salesforce, managing quote creation, order processing, and customer requests.
