Candidates must possess at least 7 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex solutions for enterprise and software companies. Strong experience in identifying, mapping, and prospecting enterprise accounts is essential, along with proven success in selling complex technical solutions like cloud communications platforms, APIs, Conversational AI, or enterprise software. The role requires experience in account management, developing large enterprise clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and working with Fortune 500 or similarly large enterprises. A background in a quota-driven environment with the ability to close high-value deals, expertise in solution-based or consultative selling, and strong negotiation and contract management skills are necessary. Additionally, candidates need excellent prospecting and lead generation skills, the ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, strong presentation skills, comfort in a dynamic environment, familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, and fluency in French.
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for a specific set of accounts while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This includes mastering the creation of pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing the contract process.
