Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in the technology industry, particularly within digital experience or media solutions, is highly desirable.
The Global Account Director will establish and lead a 3-year joint account strategy and roadmap, define and build an effective joint governance model, develop and maintain strategic relationships with customer and Adobe executives, drive the adoption of Adobe products and innovations within the account, grow revenues across the business, lead and mentor a global account team, orchestrate the account life cycle globally, identify and evaluate opportunities for co-innovation, coordinate customer-facing activities, and ideate with marketing functions to drive engagement and events for the account.
