Help Scout is seeking a Senior Account Manager to build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, helping them reach their goals and ensuring a smooth and impactful experience. You’ll be a partner they can count on, providing optimization reviews, strategic check-ins, and support. You’ll also act as an internal advocate, sharing customer insights to improve the product, onboarding, and overall customer experience.
